But fell short pf a limit on the catfish.



Mama always said "If you first don't succeed ....." so we regrouped and set out for a limit of crappie.



Failed to catch a limit of crappie. I guess this means I've got to go back and try it again.

Sorry about the can, but I was trying to drank my no limit catching fish blues away.

Looks like the makings of a few good fish fries buddy! But that one Crappie looks suspiously like a Green Carp.

Looks like you had a great day on the water RCC!!! That will be some good eatin' for sure. You gotta get back down here real soon Randall. I want to put you and Carol on some Crappie that will blow you away, LOL!! Some of these MS River lake Crappie right now will try to take the pole right out of your hands and run with it!!! That river is sittin on 11 feet at Greenville and the Crappie ain't got many places to go 'cept in the ice chest, LOL!!!

Any time Y'all are able to get down here you know we have a spare bedroom!! We're always sittin' on ready!!!! Speaking of zip locks....you know last year and the year before when 80% of what was caught on Lee would go 1.5 to 2.0+ lbs, when two people in a boat came out with a hundred Crappie that was some serious meat!!! 150 to 175 lbs of Crappie caught by 2:00 in the afternoon and you were gonna be busy for a while with the cleaning and packing them zip locks, LOL. Those fish I caught yesterday weren't slabs and I still had a time gettin' that ice chest out of the boat by myself! Most of those fish have been given away to folks that love Crappie but aren't able to fish for one reason or another....and for the one's who are wonderin' YES I do give documentation when giving away fish, however crazy that seems to be, but I do follow the rules!
