Default Weekend fish fry was a lot of work!

My wifes G.Pa turned 89 recently and her dad, his son, planned the annual fish fry over the weekend. I think we had fed about 40 folks and it was all my father-in-law could do to keep up with 3 fryers going at the same time so I ended up helping him fry up 14qt bags of fillets! Normally I like frying fish but that was work! Course we had hushdogs, fries, and lots of other stuff. They did pretty well this past Spring on the lake though and had plenty of fish of which I probably had a hand in some of those myself.

It was good! He also steam cooked/pressure cooked some wrapped corn, tators, and onions in a can. We had beans, slaw, mac n cheese, and fresh sliced tomatoes. It was a feast!
