You better believe it. The river is muddy, but I managed to catch 18 today. Plus a 7lb 3 oz carp. (I'm gonna save that story for another day). Started at daylight, and didn't even get as much as a bump till 7:30 and it was pretty much over by 10:30. Red body with a kelly green skirt. 2' deep around fallen limbs. (the littler the better). The fish were small, most being 8", or they would have the wormy looking spots on em. Brought home one that was 1 1/4 though.

Where's down here? Its some tough fishing, but once you learn where the spots are, it gets a little better.
Those will make a fine meal.Thumbs Up Congrats.![]()
St Francis. Haven't fished it but once since Dad passed in 05. It was always good for a few. The kentuckies would give you a thrill on the jig pole as well as the grinnels, gars, and drums. Water is gonna be low because of the washout. Looking to be some good fishing with them hemmed up.
What's them marks on the cooler? Maybe 10'' measure ? Looks like you culled out a mess for supper.
