    Default Online statewide tournament

You know, we've either got a freezer full of fish by now, or we just aint fishing much. Most every one of us. And its getting hot and late in the year, and too hot to stay out there all friggin day. If you catch 5 fish, you got yourself enough for supper. So I was thinking how much I like looking at these pics of limits and wishing I could just catch that many. I think lots of folks dont worry about the tournaments and what have ya, is they like to go out, catch 5 or 6 and call it good. You aint gotta have $15k tied up in a boat, or $1500 in a SI unit, or even $500 worth of spiderman set up.

I challenge all Arkansas Crappie.com members, from today till next monday, any lake you choose, and any legal method you choose,

catch 5 fish, weigh em, and post the picture. Catch all the fish you want, but keep only five. All others must be released. In liveable condition. So no culling out of a cooler, or livewell unless fish is healthy.

sure, its an honor system, and only for braggin rights, and fun, so if you do keep more than five that day, please don't post a pic here, on this thread.

    Goes from 8p.m. Monday June 4,2012 through 8pm Monday June 11, 2012.

Let us know if you want in.

Fished a little lake in Corning today, caught 17, but they were on the small side. Caught em on a black/purple Buckwheat knock off, 2' deep in 3 fow. Here's my 5 for the day.

That's .7 lb average per fish by my off the top of my head calculation. I'll take those all day long. If you had been using a real buckwheat, you woulda had 2 drum a grinnel a catfish and a crappie, but it may have been a slightly better weight
