Yep, 3 boats. Guess not many are interested so that will be the last one. I don,t mind having smaller turnouts but would like to draw at least 10 boats per event. And as for who won myself and my partner with 10 fish that weighed a whopping 1lb 10 ounces. Pittiful but the bite was too. I enjoyed the ones we had but its not worth it to just have 3 or 4 boats at each one. People that drive a long distance if they win wouldn,t even cover there gas.

Thanks for the update.. Like i said in earlier post, i work every other weekend and the weekend im off is usually spent with family. I fish 95% of the time during the week. I fish horseshoe all the time and wish i couldve been there.

But good luck with your tourneys and u CAN NOT ask for more than this web site and its members have to offer.

He lives in TN. He was just trying to have something for the local folks up this way to not have a long ways to drive if they would like to fish a tournament. No harm, no foul. It was a good gesture but just didn't work out.

sometimes it takes awhile for things to really kick in. Don't give up on horseshoe. It has great fish and plenty of good crappie fisherman in the area. Promote it longer and ask for commitments thru the forum. It will get better.

X2. I still think it has a chance, but I think it's gonna take a bit more time to promote. I think Mr. Armstrong thought that if you tell folks, they'll come a running!!! It was and is a good idea for local fishermen that don't have the TIME to travel. Gotta crawl before ya walk!!!! JMHO
