Default Would anyone be interested in buying a 60HP Mercury 2-stroke?

I've been thinking about buying a Yamaha F70 four stroke to put on my boat and If I do I would sell the motor on my boat now. It is a 1994 model and has been treated like a baby. I figure there are a lot of Bass Tracker type boats out there that were matched with either a 40hp, 48hp, or 50hp that someone would want to upgrade to a 60HP. Let me know if you are interested.

    Thanks

Sorry, I'm not a potential buyer. Just wanted to say I'm running the F70 myself. I've had it since September of last year and it's got about 85 hours on it now. It's a great motor. Starts the first turn of the key no matter if it's 20 or 95 degrees outside, is super quiet, and it absolutely great on gas. I have an 18 gallon tank and I've been fishing, I think 5 times now on one fill-up and I bet I could make it one or two more trips before gassing up again. Good luck selling yours. If I hear of anyone needing a motor I'll refer them here.

Xpress XP180ss which is an 18' boat. The best speed I've seen has been right at 38 on my gps. Day in and day out it will run 37 loaded with fishing gear and a wet livewell. I did add a 6" jackplate and changed the prop after buying it.
