Cherokee Village Lakes

Iam heading to these lakes in the middle of June for a couple of days. Need some advice on which lake is best to troll on. Iam going to be pushing minnows and pulling cranks. I use 6 pound test hi vis yellow. My best crank colors are pink,fire tiger,orange,yellow. I fish Sardis and I know these lakes are clear in Cherokee was also wondering if my line color was ok and checking on good crank colors for those lakes. Thanks for any advice given.

HotRod1...Thunderbird would be your best crappie lake, and I think you'd do better pulling jigs are cranks, and using a short piece of invisable lead tied to your main line.
Thunderbird has a lot of boat riders and skiers on weekends, so keep that in mind. As for as colors go I use the ole standard bright on sunny day, and dark colors on cloudly overcast day.
I'm assuming you already know that all lakes in Cherokee Village are private for residents and there guest?
