My 1st solo spider riggin trip

I thought I would give Old River (scott) a try. I have caught several rappie in several areas on this lake in the past, so why not give it a try? I got on the water and the wind was dead. I set the poles out and thought it would be a majical day once I had the 1st bite awithin 5 minuutes, but it was only a 6 incher So I thought no worries, there are alot of small fish in here also. It took me another hour to get another fish, and it was also a 6 incher. I fished another hour or so, and gave up on the crappie. Went back to the doc and got the wifey, and the kiddo, and bream saved my fishing trip. We caught countless bream in the next 2 hours.
