Ultra Boats in the 80's in AR?

I have a boat that my buddy has asked to try and sell, but I can't find any info online on the compan from AR.

It is a 1977 Ultra boat that he says was made in AR up until the mid 80's.

Anybody know anything about them? Where were they made? Any info would be great.

Can you post a picture?

I think that the Ultra molds went to Malvern, AR. (or that's where I came across them) Changed up and bit and became the Bushwacker. Made by Davis Ind. That was in the early 80's.

Once the boat got to my house, i was able to figure out a little more info on the boat. But here are some pics of E's boat. It is a really nice boat, and looks GREAT for a 1977 model.
