The buckwheat jigs are priceless. There are some great jig makers and sellers on this board in Meatgetter and Creekslick who make an excellent product at a fair price and I would recommend both of these makers. Personally, I would never tie on a buckwheat cause it is as ugly as sin and only a true professional fisherman has a remote chance of catching a fish on one of these. However, if your heart is truly set on fishing with buckwheat, PM me your address and I will send you a couple for free with one stipulation that you must post up pics of whatever you catch on it. I won't charge you, if you won't charge me for making the entire fish population in your lake nauseated when you drop it in.Quote:

You are right we have some great jig makers on here that make a quaility jig. Sure is fun ribbin Meatgetter about his fish catchin ''Spanky.'' I don't figure you and ''Buckwheat'' got any of em worried as far as competition. Meatgetter hollar next time ''Spanky'' needs a workout.:highfive
