Crappie Master's/Lake Dardanelle/April 27th-28th/Who's Fishing

Whelp Guys, It was a great spring fishing camp, Fishing vacation with my family, and now my eyes are on Crappiemaster's on Lake Dardanelle at the end of the month. Guy's If you have never fished a CrappieMaster's Tourney you should give it a try it's a blast and exciting. For me it's competeing at the highest level in our sport and it's a televised event. They have a great seminar/dinner, Door Prizes/Give aways, Kids Rodeo, and one lucky contestant will walk away with a brand new Bass Tracker Pro series boat at the end of the tourney (Drawing) and you dont even haft to weigh an OZ of Crappie to win it. Guys Lake Dardanelle is a World Class Crappie fishery and with 33,000 acers and 54 miles long this tourney will be a slugfest right at post spawn and hungry crappie coming off the beds. It's going to be a fun one to be apart of and I hope to see many of you all there as a competitor or come to the weigh-ins and cheer us on. Even the spectator's usually get something for coming out and if you have kids you want to get em to the Kids Rodeo for sure. So How many of you will be coming out or competeing and by all means if you see me and the Dark Angel come by and say HI!!!. Hope to see you all there and let's show them BassMasters HOW TO GET IT DONE!!!

Team Midsouth will be there! Russ sums it up well guys, it will be a great event and great for the local economy as well. I've worked and brought the tourney trail to Conway twice and now to dardanelle where a brand new bass tracker will be giving away! I'm probably going to fish still working on pattening the big boys. The small ones are everywhere right now. What kind of weight do you guys expect to win it

Rieve I really think it's going to take 14 fish around 2lbs apiece to win. So My guess is 28 lbs and with such a big lake somebody is going to find that honey hole and will have it all to themselfs. I have been wieghing my biggest seven every trip and have been averaging 10-13 lbs a trip. The really neat thing about Dardanelle is im catching fish everywhere right now and I think we will see a bunch of seven fish limits. Lake Dardanelle is full of crappie and big slabs.

The final registration for the tournament will be held at the Russellville Hughes Center in Russellville on April 26th.* Registration begins at 5 pm.* The banquet will be at 6 pm and the seminar at 7 pm.
