Just my 2cents, but I would remove the "Big River Marine" on the left chest and put your name there. Just name pro staff is pretty self explanitory for anyone wearing such shirt with logos all over it.

Also, I would put your last name across the top on the backs.

I'm torn between the two, I really like both of them but I believe that #2 will appeal to a larger sector
