    I can relate to that Nimrod, when the trolling motor came out of the water between waves, I lowered it,,as far as it would go, then when it was still coming oput of the water and a 70 pound thrust would barely hold against the wind...I threw in the towel...should have kept it,,it was a little damp getting back to trhe launch ramp..lol

    Is this wind here to stay til after March?, if so it's some kinda bad wind, I need to get some bigger chains to pull....lol.

    Do you like I did and get a ten ft piece of railroad chain.....that'll slow you down some.

    Man that wind has kept me all pinned up and I cant get to where I really want to fish. But when I do get a few calm days watch out...Them Big Ole Sows aint going to know what hit em.
