What electric fillet knife do ya'll like to use to fillet crappie? In the last 2 years I have destroyed 3 mister twisters that I purchased at a local store here in town. On all 3 knives the plastic gears either broke or just stopped working. I'm interested in the American Angler with metal gears. Has anybody ever used this brand before? Opinions welcomed!
