Father God You are great and merciful. You know the desires of our hearts. You know how hard it is for us to understand this life and the things that happen. We ask that You would give peace and comfort to Don and his family during this trying period. If it is Your will Father, we pray that You would restore Don's mother to health. If her time is near Lord, we ask that You would prepare the way for her and establish peace for Don and his family that only You can give. As always Father, we come to you through your Holy Spirit. Amen.

I just finished dinner with my dad. He is having some minor health issues so he is staying with us for a while. He was 95 in Dec. and this post just reminds us of how much we need to appreciate our folks while we still have them. Prayers sent.
