There use to be 2 camp grounds down there. when you come to the stop sign on 85 where your looking directly at the lake there was a campground if you make a left it was down on the right by the bait shop and if you make the right at the same stop sign there use to be one on the right where the stores use to be. not sure if either of them are still open i havent been this year but i will be down there saturday. I hope yall wear them out and if theres anything i can do to help you further just shoot me a pm.

You can catch crappie anywhere on that lake. If i were running yoyos i prefer the east end. If I was going to spider rig i would start straight out from the crappie camp to the left if the intersection. In the middle of the lake to the there are a couple of open holes then turns to heavey timber. The further west you go the more open it gets. Watch the guy at the bait store he is there to sell lures and bait and will fill you full of you know what. Also get your bait in bald knob on your way its much cheaper and easier to take what you need . Its along trip to buy good minnows. Hope this helps.
