you all gettin in too big a hurry now. It's got to come a short freeze or frost one to get rid of all the fruit blooms. We can't have all this fruit putting on when it's supposed to. It sure needs to hurry though. I'm ready for the crappie to bloom.

I kinda dread the spring spawn, I am limited on income and them danged old she crappie may tear up my reels/poles..and them big ole black males are meaner than a junkyard dog..I'll just have to be careful with my tackle and hope for the best...its certainly been a mild winter..

Crappie fishing has been good for me this fall and winter. This winter has been crazy mild. Water temps will get to spawn temp quick if this pattern remains consistant. woooooweeeeeee!

Dogwoods blooming means three things for me also: Crappie, Morell Mushrooms, and Spring Gobblers my favorite time of the year.
