    has anyone found these in AR? I've never seen such or maybe didn't know?

    Been catching them myself since the mid 70's.... As a matter of fact I caught one this past Saturday....

    I caught one from the little maumelle back this winter. Haven't seen another one since then.

    About every other one in Lake Monticello is a blacknose and they really do fight harder.

    Caught 12 in the White River Saturday and 5 were Blacknose.

    What is the deal on these "blacknose" crappie? I have caught some of these, I think it was on Lake Catherine. I thought it was just something abnormal?

    I caught several last year at Old town lake. Weren't too big but were fiesty little suckers.
