Fishing by self

I actually prefer doing just about everything with someone else. Duck hunting, turkey hunting, deer hunting, bow hunting, catfishing, crappie fishing...

I mean, if one guy can catch the fish think about how many fish a guy can catch if there's another limit in the boat? :biggrin

I always do better by myself for some reason. My inner circle always wants me to take them. But, can't go when I ask them.

I fish with lots of folks but at times enjoy fishing alone. Nice when it is quiet and no one around so I can think sometimes.

There are lots of time I like to fish by myself, especially if I am trying to locate fish. A lot of folks get bored doing that and want to be in active fish all the time. Like today, I fished alone but was constantly talking to Xring and camo express so wasn't really alone.

I like the solitude of fishing alone, and will usually catch more fish that way, but don't mind company either. Since the Ipilot, I put the company in the "hot seat" in front and run the trolling motor from the back. It's funny as all get out to see a rookie panic when 4 or 5 rods take off at the same time.

I fish by myself 99% of the time. I like being able to come and go when I please. You just have to think things thru and be a bit more careful so things DONT happen. Besides, it's hard finding people that can fish during the weekdays.
