    I just moved to Memphis and I'm looking for a close place to fish some afternoons. Anybody have and good ideas?

    You are 1 hour from 10-15 great fishing holes. What state did you want to start with. Will you put your boat in the MS river? Post on the TN fourm also. Welcome to the south!

    I am originally from Marion, and I know that when they are biting, Horsehoe Lake(AR) and Sardis have produced some nice stringers for me.

    Im from Arkansas, but plan to also get a Tennessee liscence. Yes I will put in on the river as long as it isn't too choppy.
