    Default Lockjaw

Thats all I saw today. Fished my butt off and all I caught was Bass. Not little Bass... 3 over 3, 2 over 4, and this one 5lb.

Granted they were fun as hell on 4lb and 6lb test line, 8 to 10 foot rods, but..... THIS IS NOT WHY WE CAME!!! LOL I got shut the hell out today, we got 1 crappie, and he was barely 1lb. 0 catfish, 0 white bass. Contrary to last week where the ratio was wayyy on the other side, I couldn't find em. I guess we all have bad days.

Sounds like some very tough fishing but atleast you didnt walk away with the skunk. And youre right...we have all seen days like that. One thing for sure...it makes us appreciate the good days of filling coolers. Better luck with the crappie next time. Thnks for that report and sharing the pic too.

Thank ya ski! pointed me in the direction of fixing the post. The picture downloaded so slow because you have the original image from my iphone. I don't use any image hosts that downsize and degrade the image. I send the originals. (you can zoom, zoom, zoom)

There is folks that buy $50,000 boats, use $300 rods, $200 reels, get 2 MPG on gas just to catch some of those LM bass and you did it just by accident. Lucky S---!!
    It ain't nuttin but luck.
