Default Mother nature is huffing and puffing today.

Wow, the wind is tuff today, it's a good thing, gives the crappie a break. Got to have a day like this every once and a while, without days like today, I would never get caught up on my chores.

WY WY WY< I can remember walking 4 miles, carrying an aluminum boat with my 9.9 to the lake just to fish!!! lol. No, really though I do remember gassing up the boat last Winter at 8 degree's and having to break ice just to get out on the lake. That day we still caught about 25 crappie. Next day it warmed up in the upper 50's and we had nearly 50 crappie. If you know where they are at and the wind isn't too rough, like today, you can catch em.

yeah that wind and cold was tuff! decided it was too windy and nasty to work today so instead i went out to wash my 5th wheel because i had it parked under a tree where the birds decided to have fun with it and sap dripped on it. started washing than the suds was freezing. like to never got it washed off, so i quit after doing a small section and decided to run errands instead!

    sorry for your losses creekslick!
