    Unhappy Bad day

Got up this morning one thing on my mind. Go get some of those silver backs. I decided to go fish gold creek today instead of the log jams, and boy was that a mistake. I fished for twelve hours for seven fish, and which not all of them were keepers. I really feel that gold creek has had so much pressure that it's fished out or the fish have left, and have moved back out on the main lake. Talked to several people and they said they felt the same way.

I too spent most of the day in Gold Creek. I took a guy with me and we both pulled out our limits. Caught some good fish with several close to 2 pounds. All were caught on solid white jigs with 1/32 oz. Orange or red heads. The fish are still there but man we had to work for them. I'd post pics if I knew how

Please by all means spend the time to learn to post photos. It is really easy to do once you learn. I post them to photobucket and sending them here is a snap.

I hate to here about a bad day fishing, but I figured that it was going to be a bad day for gold creek, how was the crowd. You better head back out for the big waters and get Back on the log jams,

Hate to hear about the bad day but we all have those come along ever once in a while. Seems like, for me anyway, they aren't all that unheard of. banghead But then, a better day always comes along. As someone else said, I think I'd try the logs again.
