Default war eagle boat, Gold Creek, Conway

Got a Predator, 2 mo. ago...Man...I love it, did I say, Love it...just the little things, make it a great fishing platform...now, finding time to fish, ugh...I went to gold creek, Sun. afternoon...used dark green pepperflake, and a black-chartruese on 1/32 oz. heads. slow cast and retrieve....caught several nice drum, shad, and a few dink crappie....I need a lesson, from some of you guys....did hear I was using wrong color tube...there were alot more people fishing Sun., than Sat. which can have an effect on the bite....but with time frame, and lack of using what's sitting on top of shoulders....could have done a little better...basically just needed to get out in boat, and float around....that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!!!

Andy W. Gold creek slowed down a little the past few days, I think mainly because of all the rain and the high barometric pressure. The pressure dropped yesterday and I ventured out later in the day and did alright. That's my unprofessional opinion, keep trying, they'll be back

    Default Gold Creek/ Slow Bite

I've never fished Conway before, but on slow bites try different things, like slowing down, changing colors, tipping a jig with a minnow, or a small piece of shrimp behind the jig.
Try two jigs or minnows about 18 inches apart on your line. Keep changing things up until they tell you what they want, or they say go way I have a head ache, sometimes it's just the way it is.
Keep coming back, The Great Babe Ruth struck out many times at bat.

Nice Boat Andy W. Goldcreek is getting the snot fished out of it. I strongly suggest Caney Creek and I faired VERY Well at Adams Lake Sunday. Sorry the pic is not posting. Send me a serious pm and I will send a email. For 2 weeks in a row Adams and Pierce have sooted me well.

thanks for the heads-up, on Caney, and Adams Lake...someone told me...I needed to abandon the Predator, for a 2-man to get back in the cypress...at Adams...the Predator is 18"-5" long....my e-mail is [email protected]
