    I just heard from my neighbor the lake was hot. Him and his wife caught 37 crappie today.

    Went to Blue Mtn today and it was REAL muddy and water was up. it was about a foot deeper in the place we fished last week.

    not very productive but not a skunk either.

    That is my question as well. I have only fished there a couple of times. I do not know of the source that feeds the lake.

    Petit Jean River is damned to form the lake , it's main purpose is flood control.

    did not realize that. I just figured with not much rain in the area the wateer would remain stable or drop.
