Default Another great day on Dardanelle

A friend of mine and I got to the Ouita boat ramp at 7:30 AM and was fishing by 8:00. By 10 AM we had a double limit of 10"- 14 " crappie. It was just one of those good days that you have now and then. Don, had his new boat there but we fished in the same area and lucked into a good school. We both was using a char and pink marabou jig that I had made the night before. Don just got back into crappie fishing after a 5- 10 yr break of not fishing and is off to a good start of whacking them big ole specks.

    Dons new Triton boat:
    It ain't nuttin but luck.

Thanks. I need to clarify, the boat is new to Don. It is a 2002 model boat and engine that he found near Memphis. I Don't believe that I have ever seen a boat that old in that near new condition.

Great Catch Ray, looks like your back on your game on Lake Dardanelle. Good to see your buddy back into Crappie Fishing. Love those Triton Boats.
