Default Arkansas River pool five bust.

Wish I had a pic to post like most of you guys but it was tough out there. Made my first go for crappie since finding this site and getting the itch to do something besides bass fishing. I thought I was on to something when I caught a little 8in crappie on the first lay down I came to. That was the only crappie to touch my jig. I couldn't keep the bass off of it. Caught 7 bass, two catfish, and one brim. A fun outing trying something new. I do plan on making some bamboo crappie condos and stake beds to drop in a few backwater areas to help my chances in the future.
