As a P.T. who sees primarily geriatric patients I preach to folks everyday about the importance of maintaining a good activity level. With respect to muscles it is strictly "USE "EM OR LOOSE "EM"!! Remember, your TV can send you to an early grave! I'm 56 and I set my own hours and work everyday and love it......almost as much as Crappie fishing! The only thing that would cause me to retire would be some type of health problem that would limit what I am able to do. Anyway, just some FYI to think about...
