Default AGFC running test nets on Nimrod Lake.

Kena and I were out on the lake yesterday. I caught a limit on big Umbrellas , the bigger fish were deep. Talked to the AGFC biologist running Crappie net traps. He told me he was catching tons of dinks but then he was setting them on very shallow banks. Sure was nice out there , Kena was taking pictures. I might post a few later.

Glad to hear you at least found some bigger fish! I'm sure you and Kena enjoyed this very pleasant weather since the heat wave and drought ended! LOL I'm guessing she is now feeling better. Tell her I said hello and glad to hear she's back on the water with you. Haven't seen you on here talking about Spring Crappie Camp. Are you gonna try to make it down there? Hope you do.

Thanks, talking to a buddy who might camp down there this spring. He seems interested as he wants to learn about Chicot Crappie fishing.
