Just about all the major COE lakes have camp groungs around them some of them are even state parks. I even think Dano at gold creek oN Lake Conway will acommadate campers, tents and rvs to some extent. He has lots of parking and room, even if he is full I bet he will help you out. I aint sure how much he would charge for camping but I know he charges 2 dollars to launch a boat and two dollars to park vehicles that has no boat but are just going fishing with someone else. You might p.m. dano for his input if you are considering Lake Conway.

Lots of pretty camping to be had around these AR lakes and not too awful expensive either. The hope of finding lots of fish is another subject though. Seems the less attractive shallower water lakes have been producing more fish recently but camping isn't quite as nice on most of these lakes either.

No no, I didn't state that in the original post, I've fished every lake in this area, we are looking for something different, like Nimrod or darnelle..

Piney Bay, between Knoxville and london has a nice campground and is reasonable and the fishing is really starting to get good.
