Ringo - I went last Friday after work. Fished from 4:30-7:00. I tried the pads in 3 areas. The docks in 5 areas with not even a bite. There were 4-5 people in the middle spider riggin. Maybe MemphisSlab will chime in and give you a report.

I went yesterday with a group of 6 guys/3 boats. I started in the pads with jigs, nothing. switched to dipping minnows in pads and caught 4 that went over a pound. the bite was SLOOOOWW. we eventually went to the piers and caught a few more. I think out of all of us we ended up with about 20 plus 3 catfish.
    SLOOOOWWW
I think I did see memphislab in a 2 man boat but not for sure, they were fishin hard as were we, and just didnt ask, should have but didnt.
Anypone know when it picks up real good (fall/spring/etc)??

Hammerhead and I went yesterday morning as well. I believe we seen you pull up. (At Clydes ramp). There were 3 boats pull up as we were launching right at daylight. I just got off work (12 hour shift) and had to be back that night, so we didn't fish long. Didn't try the pads , only piers. Caught about 50 fish, but only made it home with 10 of them. 5 of them were slabs, the other 5 were 10 to 11 inches. Memphis Slab has been catching them in the pads, but we didn't try them that day.

Yes Tommy that was me and a friend, we also went to the pads and didn't get a bite and went back to the piers and got 20 or so, they were all good fish but the bite was slow. The bite seemed to get better as the day went on. Going back this weekend, hopefully we can do better. I haven't caught anything in the pads the last two trips. They should explode any day now around the piers.

    Hey Slab,

How deep around the piers. We could only get bites in 5 to 10 FOW
