    Default Blue Mountain Lake

    Anybody fished there lately?

    Going to Winefest at
Wiederkehr Winery next weekend and thinking about trying Hise Landing for the first time while I'm out that way...

Chazrull: When you get to the wine fest. Buy you a bottle of Sangiovese and a bottle of their Merlot, after you get home blind the two together. You will need to have friends over, the two bottles will make 8 glasses... I believe you will like itThumbs Up Laserbeam

went to Nimrod this weekend. Could have cought 100's but zero size to them. I was real disappointed in the quality of the fish. I have fished Nimrod in the past and have gotten nice fish, but this was really bad on size.

Joe , I caught some decent fish yesterday. Brought in a limit of 10'' to 13'' Crappie, just no slabs. Lately the 15''+ fish are hard to find. But catching limits of 10'' to 12'' Crappie about everyday. We always catch alot of throwbacks too.

This was about a week ago but typical of fishing now. I have not taken any pictures this week, but still catching.

There are some good fish there if you can find them. Remember just cause your not catching them does'nt mean they are not there. These were caught while it was way over 100 degrees with ski trip.

Wow nice catch - if I do that well I'll be happy.
Laserbeam - Sangiovese and Merlot huh? I'll give it a try! My girlfriend and I are stuck on the Beau Noir, which is a blended wine also. And I like to give her a glass of their Concord every once in a while cause it makes her talk funny (brandy fortified)!
