Dierks Lake
I was wondering if any of you ever fish Dierks Lake. I pulled a buddy's camper for him up there the week before Labor Day. That was the first and only time I've ever been there. We dropped his camper off and came back home. It looked like a nice place to camp and play in the water. He told me the upper lake was more for fishing with stumps and all. He said he did well bass fishing the week he was there, but I was wondering about the crappie fishing. Well actually about any fishing would be appreciated. I like to catfish and bass fish some to. Thanks for ANY info about Dierks Lake!

went this morning for a while. between 3 of us we probably boated 60+ kentuckys and largemouth. was around several crappie fisherman and watched them all boat fish. looked like minnows in places that were 10 to 15 ft deep on brush piles. if weather breaks tonight i will probably go back and try for crappie.
