Steve48 surgery successful

Just wanted to let everyone know that Steve48's prostate surgery went well. Helen just called and said the doctors were pleased with the way everything went. They are waiting for a pathology report for the final determination of what additional treatment he will need. She said he may get to go home in a couple of days. He's in room 411 at Conway Regional and his cell number is 501-581-5898. She was on her way to take him his phone. She asked me if I would let everyone on Crappie.com know and I told her I would be happy to report. I think he is feeling well enough to receive calls if any of y'all want to give him a call. If not, you might want to drop him an encouraging word here on the board as he will be back at the computer in a couple of days. Prayers were answered here, guys. I know the family appreciates all the prayers there were sent on Steve's behalf.

good deal, if we all live long enough we will all have to have prostrate work of some kind done to us. Just something else to look forward too. We as men just need to stay on top of it as early detection is the key.
