    Default Depth for Night Fishing

Planning on doing some night fishing on Degray Lake Saturday night. Just curious if anyone has a suggestion on what depth of water we should try and how deep to fish? We've got a pretty good range of depths of crappie condos to try. Wanting to get a starting point if you know what I mean. Especially, since it's been several weeks since dad and I have been on the water.

Going to Hamilton for the Xpress dealer meeting this weekend. Never fished DeGray, is it a good crappie lake?

Degray can be an excellent crappie lake when they're biting. I'm just not nearly as consistent catching crappie as I would like. Pretty good numbers and good size.

Night fishing was a bust. Didn't see the first crappie.
