    Default Hey Mr Meatgetter

I am likeing those American rodsmith rods. As I told you, I let a 4 or 5 lb bass break one but it wasn't the rods fault. RodSmith had me another one here in a week. I just wish I could catch more slabs than I am. Thats not the rods fault either.
    It ain't nuttin but luck.

rtark , The Crappie biting like crazy over here just lots of small ones and no real slabs. I took a buddy yesterday and we kept 2 limits and a Cat. We released about a hundred dinks too. Been spending most mornings Catfishing, limit'n out pretty quick most days on liver. The Crappie are hitting white/pink or Silver/white. Even the real small ones are swallow'n these big 2'' umbrellas.

maybe you need to put a meatgetter jig on that new crappiegetter pole seem to be a good combination.

I may have to use one of my super special RTARK tied jigs on it. I never did tie one on when I fished with CrappiePro. I didnt want to spoil his day he seemed to be having so much fun.

Sounds good. I was never good at catching many slabs at Nimrod but I know they are there. I will probably get my little remote control boat out this weekend and start sending it to the Dardanelle dam about Monday or Tuesday. The river is right for it. I dont know if you ever saw it or not. It is 3'x4' and I put an 18 lb. TM on it. It is bad news for those big hogs laying up against the dam.
