We over Saturday morning and pulled cranks for the first time there. Caught 4 SLABS and 1 about 10" and lost 2 more slabs. Also had 4 catfish. Had 8 poles out and 1 time had 8 white bass on.Doh They sure can make a mess of things. Also meet a couple of locals who thought the lake belonged to them. Wished I had gotten their boat #'s, real jerks. Will sure make the trip back over there

creek, take you a video camera with you next time. otherwise it will just be your word against thier word. you start taking a video of them i bet they leave and leave you alone.

It is not any fun trying fish and have some jerks thinking they own everything, I have had this happen before also and it gets a little dicy. Some folks dont understand that the water is for public use. I have gotten a good rep with the local agf guys and they try to help with problems when they happen.

Good Job Wayne and glad too see you caught a few. Pulling Cranks has got to work along those Main channel drop offs with the water clearing and the fish entering there summer patterns. The problem I have had with the locals is loading and unloading my boat seems like every time I pull up to a courtesey dock to drop off or park my boat, its loaded with fisherman who see you pull up and make no attempt to move, one time i got 65 lb braid line wrapped around my motor prop by a guy who was Cat fishing off it, another time the dock was covered in rotton chicken liver, home less guy trys to invite himself into my boat, kids swimming on the boat ramp. Guess they cant read the signs that say "no fishing off Courtesey Dock" Enough to drive a man insane LOL

Welp that kinda rude behavior would sure be hard for this ol geezer to tolerate!!! shame we have folks like that fishin now a days CP. Why I always go armed, to old to fight but to onrey to be laid a hand on or abused Creek. I aint never goin to start no trouble with anybody, but aint goin to tolerate much of it either.

Hate yall both had this kinda experenice and from fellow Arkie fisherman to boot. Very sad
