Guys, I have been out of the loop for about 6 months becasue of a very hard work schedule, but I want to try a new spot.
Can any of you give me any tips on this lake or tell me if I would have any luck?

My wife keeps saying I never listen to her....... or something like that!
tore up some bass and crappie back in Feburary when it was about 25 feet low. But it was a fun walk around the lake hiking in and all. Haven't been back since then though.

where is this lake at?
Never been on it, but an old man told me that there is a Mt. Top out there in the middle somewhere that will sink a boat in a min![]()
Save A Minnow, Use A Jig
The two times I went to Winona it was super clear, and I do mean SUPER clear...no gas engines allowed, not a real large lake, but it looks like a picture post card...what a great place to relax...
Save the planet, it is my favorite place to fish...
I'm somewhat familiar with it. It is very clear and is superb for bream and catfishing. Don't know much about the crappie. You can use gas motors on it now. You just can't run trotlines or get in the water. I have heard of people catching crappie from time to time though.
