I have sent in 2 pair of Harpoon 580G for various reasons, and have always only had to pay shipping and gotten a new pair within a couple of weeks.

I sent in a pair to them with a broken frame and a missing lens that was caused from the frame breaking. They replaced em for the shipping charge and gave me an upgrade to the glass lenses for 25 bucks.

I'd buy me some, but they costas too much, plus they probably wouldn't work out with the bi-focals anyway.

Best glasses and service I have ever had with glasses. I wear a lot of sunblock on my face even in the winter time. For some reason it eats the nose guard up. You cant beat they'er guarantee. RCC they dont cost much when its the last pair you buy.

Heard from their repair shop today, was told that the lenses were scratched beyond repair and not under warranty, they offered to replace them for 40.00 and let me upgrade to the glass lenses for another 10.00 not too bad a deal I guess. They were a little over a year old and I wore them everyday.
