Default Cooler water temps and passing front

Sure has made fishing tougher. Seems like fish tight to cover and netural mood. They don't move far to hit a jig. Sure was nice see'n the sun. Tutored a friend on jig fishing yesterday. Fished all day to finally catch our limits of keepers.

I hope that was the last cold snap. I'm tired of winter. Looks like the week coming up will be pretty nice though.

I fished Nimrod yesterday morning and it was very tough. I've only fished that lake once before and that was 15 years ago so until now I wasn't sure if it was just me or if it was the fish. Glad to know it was the fish.

Marked a ton of fish on the main lake in the 8-14 foot range but the only ones that hit were tiny. We also found a hump that had an underwater weed bed on it and it was stacked. Caught a ton of small fish and 3 in the 11-13 inch range. Only ended up with 4 over 10".

Nimrod, good stuff, always enjoy your thoughts on the patterns of the crappie. Mc
