Trolled badit 300' s at Lk Maumell today and caught a lot of fish..probably 20 each black and white bass, just 3 crappie and 2 saugeye. 1- 2.5lbs & 1- 3.25
Good day on the dead sea
Fished channel edges here's the smaller saugeye.

Thank you for posting. Great catch, fine eating to. I did some trolling this year, had some good catches and really enjoyed it till my boat motor went bad. I am about to get the boat back to going. We caught mostly white bass, some on bandits, but most on SR 5 & 7 Shad Raps. I had recently put Driftmaster rod holders on the boat, the difference of me holding the rod and having it in the rod holder amazed me. I would set the pole in the holder and in no time, wham, fish on.

Thanks for the info Brimzkiller. I spent a little time trolling Bandit 200's along the channel edge from about the chimney area up toward the Hwy 10 bridge yesterday around noon looking for a school of white bass but never got a hit. I did manage a mixed bag, mostly black crappie, spiderrigging shiners and pink minnows 10 - 15 feet deep along the channel edge earlier and later.

we were east of the chimney area light color bandits white/red eye worked best.. 1.4- 1.8 mph we go over 2 mph and never get a hit.. Happy Troller trolling plate works great for getting to the slower speeds...

It's good to see someone catching anything on the 'dead sea.' lol I used to fish that lake to death, but moved to Hot Springs and cannot stay off Ouachita now.

    Thanks for sharing.
