    Default Lake Catherine Crappie fishing

Taking the family camping this weekend and would like to do a little crappie fishing while there. Any help would be appreciated

I have bass fished it years ago but never crappie fished.

    PM me if you'd like.

    thanks,

Went last week end and caught a lot of trout below Carpenter Dam. Jiged a little around some brush no luck.

Slim , I never Crappie fished there but did fish a couple Bass Tournaments years ago. There used to be brushpiles around some of the docks. Might be a good starting spot to look.

lots of brush in back of state park pocket. Do not know if Lake is warmed up enough to be that shallow. If not try Couches pocket right across from park

thanks guys. I have heard that lake is the last one to warm up since it is below the other ones... but we heard the state park was a nice place to camp with some good hiking so the fishing will be a bonus if we catch some!

Buddy of mine has a house on it and fishes the docks.. He does really well at times.
