    Not crappie fishing, but hoping to fish during a vacation with the wife.

    Hopefully an early June vacation. Do any of you have good to great recommendations on places to stay, potential guides to use? Also, would ask if you could recommend trout fishing areas to fish from the bank or even better a place to stay with good trout fishing from the bank in that area.

    Sure appreciate any help you might provide.

    Great information on this site. Some of the best trout fishing in the country is done on the White River in North and Northwest Arkansas. Lodging info is on their links page. Hope you enjoy!!

    Check out Norfork River Resort. It has been a few years, but I used to make an annual trip for a long weekend there. They have nice clean cabins. The guides were always good. Bank fishing is fair. Expect to do some wading though with the lower water.
