I picked up the boat that is to be given away at the two Crappie Masters tournaments this year in Arkansas. The boat is a Tracker 175TF that includes a 40 hp 4 stroke motor, fish finder and all of the works. Boat retails right at $16,000.00 and some lucky person will win the boat by having their name drawn out of a hat, no matter how you place in the tournament! Remember guys, Bradford Marine and ATV was generous enough to support the tournaments by donating the boat. For all of your boating needs, stop by Bradford Marine and see Lev Bradford.

Tournament is going to be Apr. 8th and 9th on Lake Conway. Entry fee is $300.00 per team with 100% payback. That's $150.00 per person!

I know last year the team that won the tournament was paid $6,000.00 cash money! Could you imagine $6k in your pocket and win the boat? That would make for a great spring of fishing!!! LOL...............

You guys need to get entered up. There are a great many of you out there that I know can catch fish and you deserve to be in this tournament. And remember, all Pro's were Rookies at one time.

Bates Field and Stream and the Chamber of Commerce have entry forms. Sign it, mail it in with a check and come fish, it's that easy. Good luck to everyone that has entered the tournament so far and I look forward to seeing all of you again this year.

I read somewhere that you must pickup something or register AT one of the Bradford dealers to be eligible for the boat. Is that correct?

Hotrod - You are correct. You must stop by one of the four Bradford marine dealers to register for the boat. You basicall y get a "business" looking card that you fill out and you will give it to Crappie Masters at the seminar. It is totally free to register for the boat.

I need to check on the count that has signed up so far but last year we had 84 teams.

Odds are better than tunica! If we imagine 100 boats for each lake and you and a buddy fish one of the tournaments, it would give you a 1 in 100 chance to win the boat. Pretty good odds when you are actually fishing for the money anyway. Boat is currently at Lake Dardanelle state park at the visitor center for two weeks then it comes to Conway until after the tournament. Hope to see some more of the locals in it this year!
