I have a few out in Conway like that. I didn't have enough weight either. I had to "borrow" some rocks from the hiwy dept. All of the rocks around Conway are spoken for!!

Boy that brings back bad memories... Me and some buddies tried to sink some one time but had way too much wood on them and not near enough concrete... That equation equals disaster!!! Make sure you take extra blocks just in case bc trust me from experience, you would rather have too much weight than not enough!!
