    Default Lake levels

How familiar are you with lake levels where you fish? I track the levels at Nimrod real close by watching the COE website. Everyone I see at Nimrod Lake comments on how low the water is now? Well the website still showing 6'' above winter pool. Some mostly here at summer level which usually runs 3' higher than winter.

Most people I know track the lake level by counting the number of steps showing at the boat ramps. I too watch the COE website very carefully. Oddly enough according to the COE office I called there is no "normal" pool for Degray. They just say that it goes into flood stage anything above 408' above sea level.
