    Default Mid-South Walleye

I noticed this website closed, anyone know what forum everyone moved to? I go down to Bull Shoals 3-4 times a year, and really liked to look at the fishing reports prior to going down.

ease on down to norfork lake. it has more walleye and you can get the weekly fishing report on Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. they might even give a report for bull shoals that's in ark. i've caught lots of walley in the lower part of norfork lake.

Norfork has better walleye fishing than the Bull? I didn't know that Norfork was even considered a good walleye lake. Might have to give that a try!

NO Norfork does not have better walleye fishing then bull ..in my opinion anyhow but it is a biased answer because i live on and love bull but when season picks up you can get a report from bullshoalslakeboatdock.com Or pm me for whats going on. Im on the water for crappie and walleye atleast 3 days a week. Although i can't Guarantee Bull has better fishing then Norfork i do know its cleaner and A LOT less crowded

semo, the best thing you can do is get the topo maps of the lake from the u.s.g.s. don't know what they cost now but back when i fished norfork they were around 1.00 a map. i got the whole lake and it spread out all over a big living room floor. i traced the normal pool level and islands out of water in the lake. then you could see everything a lot better. the big maps from them are better than the "dock" maps. seems like it took 32 maps for norfork. bull is much bigger. the man that owned the jordan boat dock told me one morning when i went by to gas up after a nights fishing said that "they should ban you(me) from the lake." he asked to go with me one night and i picked him up at his dock around 10 that night. pulled up to the first point and told him to "throw right over there." bang, he caught a bass. took him back to the dock and some men were there that left when we did and they asked him how we did. he said, "i just got through watching a live tv show." i forgot how many we caught. the two men hadn't caught a fish. i fished from diamond bay back to the dam and back up brushy and big creeks.
