I grew up bass fishing it and could probably count the number of crappie I've caught there on one hand. I'm very new to crappie fishing as this is my first year to really be into it. I have the material to put out lots of bamboo structures. My biggest questions is where?

Do I need to put theses in creeks on the edges of channels or on secondary points in coves. Do I need to go up the river or stay down in the main lake area. I prefer the crystal springs area, but any where is fine with me. I'm not expecting to get any ones honey holes just alittle insight into the best places and areas for structure. Please Help!
