Hey billy does that quick release mount work smoothly? How are you liking the US2? What hummingbird unit are you running now?

Hey Midnight - I like the US2 the transduced in the motor head keeps everything clean and hookup with the depthfinder switch was easy. I have a HB570 now and like I said will upgrade it nest year if I can wait.

Hey billy you should check out this thread and look at the picture that yikess posted on page 3 of a ram trolling motor stabilizer for those bumpy days. http://www.crappie.com/crappie/off-t...ent-way-3.html If you get a chance and have time could you post a picture of the terrova in the stored position?

Hey midnight - That ram mount is not adjustable. It is 10.5" tall from deck to shaft. I need one 17". I will keep looking and if you here of one let me know. I think I can make one but I would like a factory made tested one. Here are the pics I hope they help. Its a big motor but its not in my way in fact I have leg room to spare

I have some ideas for my boat but havent started working on them yet. Will post them as I get them done.

Didnt notice them on your boat but I am going to add tie off cleats on both back corners for anchoring the back of the boat.
