I am kinda new at this. Does anyone know of a good lake in East Arkansas or West Mississippi to hang some yo yos and catch a few slabs?

There are several places that are excellent depending on the time of year hear in se ark. Cane Creek in Star City, Chicot in Lake Village, and Grand in Eudora are some that I go to. If you are close to the White River Refuge there are a lot of back water lakes that are really good crappie lakes. I hope this helped.

How about Little Rock? And when do you start?

I have been wanting to try there at 430 and the river. Go up one day right before dark and put some out between the ramp and the boat docks up there and see what they would do. Maybe run them twice and go home and then be back early to take them up around sun up?

    Old town and Conway
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
